Our story

21 years on builders’ job sites. Now building under our own name.

For 21 years, Josh built, managed and directed construction projects for national homebuilders in Central Florida, from land entitlements, planning and permitting through infrastructure and homes. Most recently he has worked on luxury private residences across South Florida, from Broward County to Monroe County. Along the way he learned what separates a project that goes well from one that doesn’t: someone on site who knows every detail and answers for it.

In 2025 he started Kalin Group with his wife, Amy, to build that way for every client, whether it’s a kitchen in Fort Lauderdale or a commercial building in Miami.

He spent 21 years building for national builders in Central Florida, from single-family homes and multifamily units to land entitlements, homesites and amenity campuses, and most recently has worked on luxury private residences from Broward County to Monroe County. Final inspections, a walkthrough to fix any last details (the punch list), and warranty documents.
